Shipping and handling costs

Shipping costs for deliveries within Germany:  
 
The shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of each started package (max. 30kg per package):
 
- under 28kg: 5,95 EUR
- 28-30kg: Free shipping

The calculation of shipping costs starts again from the beginning for each new package (each 30kg).


Shipping costs for deliveries outside Germany (plus sales tax of the destination country):

Netherlands: EUR 9,30 per package
Portugal: EUR 27,01 per package
Romania: EUR 23,27 per package
Sweden: EUR 10,19 per package
Switzerland: EUR 23,27 per package
Slovakia: EUR 9,30 per package
Slovenia: EUR 9,30 per package
Spain: EUR 14,62 per parcel
Hungary: EUR 14,21 per package

Important:
 
"When shipping to non-EU countries, additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) are incurred as part of your order, which are not paid through us or invoiced by us, but by you directly to the responsible party payable to customs or tax authorities. Information on delivery times

In the case of payment in advance, the period for delivery begins on the day after the payment order has been issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period.
If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day takes the place of such a day. 

The specified delivery times only apply to domestic shipping. For shipping outside of Germany, you must add up to 10 working days.

If the goods do not reach you in the time specified by us due to a delay with DHL, we ask that you inform us immediately so that we can investigate immediately with DHL.
