How can I order from CanisAlpha® – The Original?
1. shopping cart
Select the products you want to order by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. This will add your selection to the shopping cart. You can change this selection at any time before submitting your order by changing the number of products, deleting the selection by clicking on the "Remove" box or canceling the order process. Clicking on the "Checkout" button takes you to the next order step.
2. cash register
Please log in with your eMail address and your password if you already have a customer account, otherwise please register as a new customer. Your data will be collected, processed and used in accordance with the data protection regulations (Privacy Policy). Any other use or transfer to third parties does not take place. If you are already registered, you can now select the shipping method. Clicking on the "Next" button takes you to the next order step.
3. Check billing address / select method of payment
Now check your billing address and enter your desired Method of payment on. Clicking on the "Next" button takes you to the next order step.
4. Check shipping address / select shipping method
Now check your shipping address and enter your desired Shipping method on. Clicking on the "Next" button takes you to the next order step.
5. Complete the order process / general terms and conditions and cancellation policy
You will receive an overview of your order: the selected products, the shipping and billing address and your contact details. Check that all information is correct and read the Terms and Conditions and the Right of withdrawal carefully through. You can only continue with the order if you agree to the terms and conditions and the cancellation policy (tick the box). By clicking the button "Buy now" you send your order to us. You are hereby submitting a legally binding offer.
